Rates & Dates

The rates at Hale 'Ae Kai were established to give visitors the
opportunity to pay less than most other accomodations, while
vacationing on the Big Island.

$100 per night based on double occupancy
$25   each additional person
$50   non-refundable cleaning fee

11.42% general excise and transient accomodations tax will be
added to the above rates. Rates are negotiable and Work Exchange
is available.

I do require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation.
Reservations are not confirmed until I receive the deposit. The
balance is due on the day of your arrival. My cancellation policy
requires a 14 day notice, prior to your scheduled visit, for a full
refund. Should you notify me less than 14 days before your
scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable
